In my opinion, everyone should have at least one pair of flare pants. No matter what your gender or identity is. They’re the best fun pants. And they’re usually so fucking comfortable too. Plus they go with everything. I mean go ask Harry Styles.
I have this pair of black velvet flares that I absolutely adore. I've had them for 5 years now and they are just timeless. The whole thing with having a sustainable wardrobe is to really figure out what are those timeless pieces for yourself. Remember, something that is timeless to me might not be timeless to you and that's okay. I do think flares are one of those things you'll buy and think hmm this is for special occasions and then end up wearing them to run errands, go to lunch, work, drinks, meetings, weddings, parties, and everything in between.
