I love living with Nick. And for all the reasons that it’s amazing to live with a significant other, what I also love is that I live with a boy whose clothes fit me perfectly/a little oversized which I love. So while we have separate closets, we have an understanding that we can borrow each other’s clothes (we also have a t-shirt section where all of our t-shirts are mixed together). I love it too because it really does it for me in regards to the androgynous vibes. It just makes your vibe options on a full spectrum.
How to organise a closet with a partner
◦ Establish whether you’re allowed to borrow each other’s clothes if yes then make sure to always check in with each other about the item (you don’t want to walk out wearing the shirt or jacket they were going to wear)
◦ Figure out if you want to use the same hangers or have two separate hangers so the two of you have your own
◦ Do you want to have the clothes organised the same way (colour/types/length)?
◦ Don’t forget to communicate with your partner throughout and remember that they probably have aesthetic and vibe preferences so you really want to create a vibe that fits both of you, not just you. Compromise is your best friend.

◦ Can borrow a shirt to give your look a more relaxed vibe
◦ Throw on a jacket for that casual street office vibe
◦ Looser pants are perfect for a casual night out with the friends
◦ Layer a graphic tee with a dress or mini skirt
◦ Throw on an outfit with only his clothes and be comfy and put boyfriend jeans to shame
